Challenge

The PROS Group Sales Optimizer (GSO) sales numbers decreased significantly with the sharp decline in group travel due to the pandemic.

The product offers a quick implementation and can easily be added on to existing customer platforms, so instead of taking a demand generation approach, I wanted to employ account-based marketing techniques targeting existing customers.

Solution & My Role
As the Creative Director, I worked to position PROS GSO as the group sales solution to identified airline prospects to increase group flight activity post pandemic. Researching countless hours of customer testimonial interviews and documentation, we extracted key differentiators and developed a creative concept to bring the voice of the customer to life.

My team created custom landing pages and videos specific to each prospect. Working alongside Sales and Customer Service teams, we delivered assets directly to decision makers across 20+ top tier airlines.


Results
Prospects within the pipeline received targeted messaging, tailored to their specific airline group sales needs. Thirteen of the 21 accounts targeted have purchased the group sales solution or are in the final stages of contract negotiations, increasing the Sales team’s win rate for the product by 40%.
