Challenge
The pandemic reshaped corporate travel—grounding business flights and stalling the sales pipeline for PROS Corporate Sales, a SaaS solution designed to streamline airline corporate sales programs.
As vaccines rolled out and restrictions lifted, travel began to rebound. Airlines needed tools to modernize outdated processes and rebuild relationships with corporate clients. It was time to reintroduce a product built for this moment: fast to implement and easy to integrate with existing platforms.
Solution & My Role
As Creative Director, I led a highly targeted account-based marketing campaign focused on reigniting interest in PROS Corporate Sales among existing customers and high-value prospects.
Partnering with Industry Marketing Managers across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC, my team identified key product differentiators and developed a creative concept centered on the daily pain points of airline corporate sales teams—manual processes, lack of automation, and outdated tools.
We created personalized landing pages for each airline prospect and developed messaging tailored to their needs. Working closely with Sales and Customer Success, we delivered these materials directly to decision-makers at over 30 top-tier airlines and low-cost carriers. Campaign assets were selectively deployed and not made public on pros.com.
Results
The campaign successfully re-engaged prospects in the pipeline with clear, relevant messaging focused on airline recovery and efficiency. While specific sales results remain confidential, the tailored approach positioned PROS Corporate Sales as a timely and essential solution in the industry's next chapter.
